Built in the early 1930s, this renovated four room log cabin offers central air conditioning, cable television and broadband internet. The Cabin has a large, combined living and dining room, one bedroom with full size bed, one bathroom, kitchen and enclosed back porch with laundry room. Fishel Cabin is located near Uptown Martinsville in a historical district, within walking distance of the Virginia Museum of Natural History, Piedmont Arts Association, Family YMCA, Blue Ridge Regional Library, local shopping and restaurants. Monthly rates are available.
MINIMUM RENTAL RATE: $50/day Monday-Thursday and $60/day Friday-Sunday.
For lodging, a two night stay is required. Prices and availability will vary, depending on peak season and special use. Rates will be higher during race weeks at the Martinsville Speedway. State sales and local taxes will be added to the rental rate. A Tenancy Request form is required. A written rental contract and damage deposit may be required.
